販売価格、入会金および年間教育顧問料
Selling Price, Enrollment & Retainer Fees
弊社の個別指導およびコンサルティングプログラムの料金は、デジタルパンフレット（Company Profile）に記載の通り、または事前の教育戦略セッションにて個別にお見積りとしてご提示いたします。
【入会金について】
初回のご契約時のみ、プログラム料金とは別に入会金として 33,000円（税込 36,300円）を申し受けます。
※ご兄弟・姉妹がご入会される場合、2人目以降の入会金は半額（税込 18,150円）となります。
【年間教育顧問料（アカウント更新料）について】
ご入会から1年を経過して継続受講される場合、生徒様の学習ポートフォリオの継続的なデータ維持・管理、および戦略のアップデートを行うための「Annual Advisory Retainer（年間教育顧問料）」として、年額 30,000円（税込 33,000円）を申し受けます。
【海外在住のお客様へ（消費税の免税について）】
日本国外にお住まいのお客様（非居住者）が受講される場合、日本の消費税（10%）はかかりません（不課税対象）。免税を適用したご請求書を発行いたしますので、ご契約時に海外の現住所をお知らせください。
Service fees for our private tutoring and consulting programs are stated in our digital brochure (Company Profile) or provided as an individual quote during the prior educational strategy session.
[Enrollment Fee]
Please note that an initial enrollment fee of JPY 33,000 (JPY 36,300 incl. tax) will be charged separately in addition to the program fee upon your first contract.
* For siblings enrolling, the fee for the second child and onwards is reduced by 50% (JPY 18,150 incl. tax).
[Annual Advisory Retainer]
If you continue to enroll after one year from your initial contract, an Annual Advisory Retainer of JPY 30,000 (JPY 33,000 incl. tax) will be charged. This fee covers the ongoing maintenance and secure management of the student's academic portfolio and continuous strategy updates.
[For Overseas Residents (Tax Exemption)]
If you reside outside of Japan, our services are exempt from the Japanese consumption tax (10%). To issue a tax-exempt invoice, please provide your current overseas residential address at the time of the contract.

原則として、各プログラム・セッションの提供開始前（前払い）とさせていただきます。詳細はご契約時に発行するご請求書（インボイス）にて個別にご案内いたします。
As a general rule, payment must be made in advance before the commencement of programs or sessions. Details will be provided individually in the invoice issued at the time of contract.
サービスの提供時期
Delivery of Services
お客様と合意したパーソナライズ・スケジュールに基づき、お支払いの確認が完了し次第、速やかにサービスの提供（戦略立案およびセッション）を開始いたします。
Services (strategy planning and sessions) will commence promptly after payment is confirmed, based on the personalized schedule agreed upon with the client.
キャンセル・返金ポリシー
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Testnationでは、教育の質とプロフェッショナリズムを維持するため、以下のキャンセル・返金規定を設けております。
1. 初回セッション開始前のキャンセル
初回セッション（レッスン）を実際に受講される前にキャンセルのお申し出があった場合、お支払いいただいた金額から「事務・解約手数料（返金対象額の10%）」を差し引いた金額を速やかにご返金いたします。
2. 初回セッション開始後の途中解約
初回セッションを受講された後の途中解約につきましては、未受講分のプログラム料金から「事務・解約手数料（未受講分残額の10%）」を差し引いた金額をご返金いたします。なお、すでに提供済みのセッション料金につきましては、サービスの性質上、返金の対象外となります。
3. ご返金時の対応方法
・銀行振込でお支払いの場合： お客様ご指定の銀行口座へお振込みいたします（振込手数料はお客様負担となります）。
・クレジットカードでお支払いの場合： ご利用いただいたクレジットカード会社を経由しての返金処理となります。カード会社の締め日により、一度引き落としがされた後、翌月以降に相殺または口座へ返金される場合がございます。
【重要】入会金および年間教育顧問料の取り扱いについて
初回契約時にお支払いいただいた「入会金」、ならびに更新時にお支払いいただいた「年間教育顧問料」につきましては、事務手続きおよび継続的なデータ管理、初期コンサルティング費用の性質上、いかなる場合におきましても返金の対象外となります。あらかじめご了承ください。
To maintain the quality and professionalism of our education, Testnation has established the following cancellation and refund policies:
1. Cancellation Before the First Session
If a cancellation request is made before taking the first session, we will promptly refund the amount paid minus an administrative/cancellation fee (10% of the refundable amount).
2. Mid-term Cancellation After the First Session
For mid-term cancellations after taking the first session, we will refund the program fee for the untaken sessions minus an administrative/cancellation fee (10% of the remaining balance). Fees for sessions already provided are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.
3. Refund Method
・Bank Transfer: Refunded to the client's designated bank account (transfer fees borne by the client).
・Credit Card: Processed through the credit card company used. Depending on the closing date, the amount may be deducted once and offset or refunded in the following month.
[Important] Non-Refundable Fees
Please note that both the initial Enrollment Fee and the Annual Advisory Retainer are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as they cover administrative processing, continuous data management, and initial consulting costs. We appreciate your understanding.
申込の有効期限
Application Validity
お見積書（インボイス）の発行後、指定の期日までにお支払いやご連絡が確認できない場合、お申し込みは一度キャンセルとしてお取り扱いさせていただく場合がございます。
If payment or contact is not confirmed by the specified date after the invoice is issued, the application may be treated as cancelled.
